Jason Hsiao

Developer. Investor. Realtor.

I bought my first property in college. Since then I have closed over $22 million worth of real estate. I am also part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. My team and I love passing on what I have learned in the past 17 years to help our clients maximize the value of their properties.

None of this could’ve happened of course if it wasn’t for my humble upbringing working in the family manufacturing business. The entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic were instilled in me from an early age. You’ll hear about my parents Augie and Anna and our funny/frustrating exchanges from time to time.

In my free time I volunteer with organizations related to hunger, homeless, and education such as Habitat for Humanity. I’m also involved in various entrepreneurial events with my alma mater University of Texas at Austin and University of Washington. I’m an avid snowboarder, hiker, photographer and if my knees feel healthy I’ll partake in an occasional game of tennis or volleyball.

My Blog

You’ll find posts I write most likely inspired by on what deal has concluded for us that I thought would be beneficial to pass onto others. It’s almost a living, evolving notebook, and closest peek inside my brain or Evernote you’ll find.
